We want you to love every bottle of Dolla’s Fave. If something isn’t right, please let us know — we’re always happy to help.

Food Safety & Change of Mind

Because our sauces are food products, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been delivered. This is in line with food safety regulations and standard industry practice.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us a few clear photos of the issue.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Quality Concerns

If you believe there’s a quality issue with your product, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the matter and, if the concern is valid, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as provided for under the Consumer Protection Act.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bottles
  • Gift boxes that have been opened
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
